Ref is a cruelty free, CO2 friendly and 100% vegan.

Our Salon Policies
We ask that any cancellations or changes to existing appointments be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. This will allow our team the opportunity to fill that space. We do however, understand that emergencies arise and would greatly appreciate any last minute cancellations, 24 hours or less to be phoned in to 608.825.4998
Cancellations less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge of services booked.
If you do not cancel your appointment and simply do not show up for your scheduled services, you will be responsible for 50% of those services before you are able to book any future appts.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who repeatedly violates our policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please give us a call within one week of service. Its a great compliment for us to hear feedback and to be given the opportunity to make it right if we didn’t quite get there at our visit. Any product that isn’t working for you must be addressed with one week of service and will be exchanged for a new product of equal value or a credit will be given for future product purchases.
We no longer require face coverings, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing one please continue to do so. If you would feel more comfortable having your stylist wear one, please let us know.
